- Late Fees: Payments not received within 30 days incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
- Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for completed services, including psychological evaluations or consultations.
- Outstanding Balances: Accounts with unpaid balances may be sent to collections. Associated fees will apply.
Limitation of Liability
MD Psych Care LLC is not liable for:
- Losses arising from technical issues or interruptions.
- Decisions based on psychological evaluations or reports.

Dispute Resolution
